How to prepare it:

  • 1 teacup of powder (approximately 150g)
  • ¾ teacup of water (150ml)

Mix 1 teacup of powder (150g) in ¾  teacup of water (150ml). You can now use a blender or even a spoon since the products dissolves very easily.

Pre-heat the fryer pan spreading small amount of butter and pour carefully a small amount in order to build a thin layer. Fry it for 1-2 minutes and turn in order to fry the other side for 1-2 minutes and ready!


Yield

Using 150g of powder will result in 2 pancakes of 80 grams each. The package of 450g yields into 6 pancakes.
