Description
Powder mix for the preparation of waffles and pancakes
Product named according to Resolution – CNNPA nº 12, of March 30th, 1978 of ANVISA.
Definition
It is composed by a powder mix made out of flours blending and milk, developed for a preparation of Belgian waffle style or American pancakes style. Recommended to be consumed with sweet toppings (eg. Maple syrup, honey, ice cream, chocolate cream, jams, etc.) or salty toppings (cheese, butter, creams and different sauces) or even without any toppings.
Restrictions
It contains gluten, milk, egg and soy related products.
It shouldn’t be consumed by people with allergies or intolerance to any of these constituents.
